MileVault (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to absolute privacy for drivers, gig workers, independent contractors, and fleet managers.

1. 100% On-Device Mileage & Audit Vault

MileVault operates under a strict Zero-Knowledge & 100% On-Device architecture. We do NOT collect, upload, transmit, sell, or monitor your vehicle locations, trip logs, client destinations, odometer readings, or tax deduction claims on any remote cloud server.

• Address Privacy Scrubber: Built-in automated address privacy masking replaces private house numbers with non-sensitive street references upon report generation.
• No Account Required: You can use MileVault immediately without account registration, email sign-in, or identity tracking.
• Zero Location Harvesting: MileVault does NOT transmit continuous GPS telemetry to any remote server or third-party data broker.

2. StoreKit Purchases and Subscriptions

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled natively by Apple (StoreKit 2). MileVault never accesses, processes, or stores your financial account or credit card numbers.

3. Data Ownership and Export

You have complete ownership of your driving history and tax calculations. You can export court-ready PDF audit reports, IRS-compliant logs, or CSV spreadsheets at any time.
