Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

Standard Apple EULA: In addition to the terms herein, your use of MileVault is governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using MileVault, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

2. Tax and Legal Substantiation Disclaimer

MileVault is a trip recording and tax deduction calculation tool designed to facilitate mileage logging. MileVault does NOT provide certified public accounting, official tax advice, or legal audit representation. Standard mileage deduction rates are updated to align with published tax guidelines (e.g., IRS Rev. Proc. 2019-46), but taxpayers remain ultimately responsible for maintaining substantiating documentation required by tax revenue agencies.

3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

MileVault Pro offers monthly and annual subscription options:

Billing: Charged to your Apple ID upon purchase confirmation.
Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled 24 hours prior to the current period end.
Cancellation: You can manage and turn off auto-renewal in your iOS Apple ID Account Settings.

4. Limitation of Liability

MileVault is not liable for tax penalties, disallowances, or lost deduction claims resulting from user data entry errors or inaccurate vehicle logs.
